Ranch style apartments like these are hard to find. Units 1 and 3 are identical, unit 2 is a little smaller. Each apt rents for $460 per month. Tenants pay all utilities. Each apartment has its own garage. I think there is room to raise the rent as they haven't been increased for many years. Taxes are going to be lower but won't know unitl April 16th.
